St. Paul's The St. Pauls Council is located in downtown Portsmouth, VA on 519 County Street. The Grand Knight for 2011-2012 is Steven Palmer.

Business meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month,  7:30 PM at the council hall.
 

St. Paul's Council was chartered on June 4, 1899 bearing the names of Father Brady and thirty-five laymen. St. Paul's Council now works closely with local parish communities in the Portsmouth and Chesapeake, VA area providing funds for various community enrichment projects while members are active participants in their respective parishes.
